01. The Challenge

In this residential project, the client was looking for a smart system capable of delivering comfort, energy efficiency, and ease of use, while integrating advanced automation seamlessly into an elegant aesthetic.

The goal was to automate lighting, underfloor heating and cooling, and solar shading, ensuring a smooth and personalized user experience without compromising the home’s design.

02. The Solution

We designed and installed a full KNX system that intelligently manages:

• DALI lighting, allowing dynamic brightness adjustments throughout the day to create both functional and ambient scenes.
• Automated blinds, based on sun position and temperature, optimizing natural light and reducing thermal load during the summer months.
• Control of underfloor heating and cooling, ensuring optimal thermal comfort through precise and adaptive regulation.
• All functionalities are managed through intuitive interfaces, physical buttons, touchpanels, or mobile apps, enabling easy control, even remotely.

03. The Result

The result is a smart, efficient, and invisible living environment:

every feature adapts to the user’s habits, reducing energy waste and enhancing overall comfort.

Lighting adjusts to the circadian rhythm, blinds respond to sunlight, and temperature is evenly distributed.
